Return Policy – Right of Withdrawal from the Contract – Commercial Guarantee:
As a trading consumer, you retain the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period shall expire after the expiry of 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can inform us by sending us a message to our email address (email@example.com), contacting us either on our official facebook and instagram pages. You can also use the withdrawal form shown in the Appendix attached below. In order to withdraw in time, it is enough to inform us about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. If you withdraw from the Contract, we will refund you without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we were notified of the withdrawal, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional delivery costs to the original place resulting in the case that you have chosen a different delivery method than the basic and less expensive method we offer you). They are not returned to you and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our company. The return must be made through any courier company you wish, and not by regular mail.
Refunds (regarding the value of the products and delivery costs to the original place of delivery) will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. The exception is the case where you have paid by cash on delivery, in which case the full refund will be made by deposit in the bank account indicated by you. Subject to the above, however, we can withhold the return or until we receive all the products back. Furthermore, you are responsible for any impairment of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Your right to withdraw from the Contract applies only to products that are returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them, with the special markings (cards) and the proof of your order. No amount will be refunded if the product has been used after opening, if the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you need to take proper care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions and any other documents that may accompany the products. In any case, you must return the products together with the receipt you received upon delivery. After examining the returned product in detail, we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund. Shipping costs to the original place of delivery will be refunded within the legal deadline and provided that all the goods of which the parcel consists are also returned. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. Subject to the above, however, we can withhold the refund until we receive all the products back. Refunds will always be made using the same method as when you paid for your purchase. The exception is the case where you have paid by cash on delivery, in which case the full refund will be made by deposit in the bank account indicated by you.
Furthermore, the items that are part of the set, can not be returned separately.
We know that the flex one team is always available (during the opening hours of the store) to help you choose the right number for you. Changes to another color or code are also made at your own expense. The current change prices are 5 euros per shipment for all of Greece. The respective change is made through the courier company cooperating with us so that the above prices are valid. Product changes are done “hand in hand”. Fill in the change form and inform us in writing (e-mail, instagram, fb) about the product / products you want to return, as well as which one / s you want to replace. Next, we will resend the parcel with the selected products to your door, by courier. You simply deliver the old parcel to the distributor and receive the new one.
In case you consider that the product you ordered does not comply, at the time of delivery, with the terms of the Contract (defective product ) you should contact us immediately or by sending us a message at our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) but also on our official pages on facebook and instagram, describing in detail the product and its defect, in order to give you instructions for further actions. The product together with the purchase receipt are delivered for return to the courier company cooperating with us, without any charge to you. Next, we carefully review the returned product and will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a free replacement (if this option is available and the product is available), repair / care of the product or refund. The product will be replaced, repaired or refunded as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day we confirm that you are entitled to a replacement / repair of the defective product or refund. In the case of defective products, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and any other reasonable costs incurred for the return of the product. Your refund will be made using the same method of payment at the time of purchase. The exception is the case where you have paid by cash on delivery, in which case the full refund will be made by deposit in the bank account indicated by you.
