All our products are subject to quality control before shipment. That is why they must be returned in exactly the same condition you received with their complete packaging. Any indication that the product has been used cancels the possibility of change.
Our team is always available (during the opening hours of the eshop (ie 9 am-5pm), via email or our social media) to help you choose the right number for you.
Changes mentioned in another color or code are also made at your own expense.
The price for each change is not charged to the customer.
Product changes are done “hand in hand”. You inform us in writing (email, instagram, facebook) about the product / products you want to return, as well as with which you want to be replaced. Next, we will resend the parcel with the selected products to your door, by courier. You simply hand over the old item to the distributor and receive the new one.
In the event of a defective product you should contact us immediately in the manner indicated to address the issue and proceed – as the case may be – to repair the product or to replace or refund your money.
The refund, in any case, will be made with the same payment method as the one you used for your purchase. The exception is the case where you pay by cash on delivery, in which case the full refund will be made by deposit in the bank account indicated by you.

PAY ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery upon receipt of products for shipments within Greece. You pay the price of your order to the courier service employee and you are additionally charged with the costs that the respective courier company charges.
By selecting this payment method, you transfer to the Paypal page and from there you complete your transaction.
By choosing the method of payment by credit card, you transfer to the Bank’s page and from there you complete your transaction. You can pay for your order with credit card, debit card, prepaid Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, & Diners from all banks.
